Hospital Pharmacist

Summary: TATA 1 MG is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Hospital Pharmacist to join our Research & Development team in Ammathi, Karnataka. The Hospital Pharmacist will be responsible for accurately dispensing medications, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting patient care within a 24/7 rotational shift environment. This is a full-time, permanent position, and freshers with the required qualifications are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently. Review prescriptions to ensure correctness and safety. Maintain proper records of medications and inventory. Provide guidance to patients and healthcare staff on drug usage and interactions. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and pharmacy regulations. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area. Participate in rotational shift duties, including night shifts. Qualifications / Requirements: Bachelor's or Diploma in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / D.Pharm) is required. Must possess a valid and active Karnataka Pharmacy License. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights. Open to freshers with relevant qualifications. Preferred Skills / Attributes: Basic knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations. Familiarity with drug names, dosages, and storage requirements. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Strong dispensing and clinical pharmacy skills. Knowledge of pharmaceutics and pharmacy practices.
