As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to acquire, develop, and maintain client relationships while effectively managing the direct sales team to exceed expectations. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: Responsible for the Profit & Loss (P&L) and Portfolio growth of the Business within the Region. Monitor and optimize the interest income by managing the cost of funds. Drive fee income generation through various channels such as syndication, down-selling, cross-selling, and insurance products. Monitor the Total Value of Outstanding Loans including Auto and Non-Auto loans. Ensure the health of the portfolio by provisioning for customers, controlling overdue accounts, and maintaining regular customer engagement. Drive Customer Acquisition by increasing the number of new customers and products per customer. Monitor and improve Customer Satisfaction Scores. Develop and maintain corporate tie-ups to enhance the business book, Net Interest Income (NII), and Fee income from new corporate partnerships across different business segments. Ensure proper documentation and audit compliance by monitoring the percentage of outstanding Post Dated Documents (PDD) and Turnaround Time (TAT). Additionally, the required qualifications for this role include: - Post Graduate/ Graduate in any discipline.
