Internal Audit Officer

Role Purpose Statement: The incumbent will be responsible for organizing and managing internal audits according to audit plans at TCI Express Ltd. Main Accountabilities:  Planning, execution & complete the audit as per schedule given by the Audit Head  Standard Financial Audit as per defined programmer  Operational, Process, Financial & Compliance audit (In every area like revenue, expenses, payment & assets verification)  Internal Financial Control (design & testing)  Reconciliation Of Accounts( Money receipts, Customer payments, Cash accounts)  Verification of Third party Associates(Vendor, BA/DBA)  Verification : Consignments, Cash, Records& assets, Vehicle  Market Survey (Visit to transporter, Customers, Union etc.) & Route Survey(if required)  Work includes travel (15-20 days in a month)  Data analysis & report writing as per requirement  Investigation & special task as per requirement Qualification: Qualification: Graduate, Post Graduate(Audit Certification), ICWA(Inter),ICWA,CA(Inter),CA Experience: 3-5yrs Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:  Extensive experience in auditing.  Solid knowledge of regulations and guidelines.  A record of success in internal audits.  Strong time management skills.
