Adobe AEM + Devops Demand Offshore B3 No of positions - 1 Location:Hyd/Bangalore/Chennai/Bhubaneswar/ Pune Band :B3- C1 B3-40 lac C1-50+Lac Job Description: AEM Administrator / AEM DevOps Engineer (Managing On?Prem AEM Installation + Mandatory AEM DevOps Expertise) Role Overview We are looking for an experiencedAEM Administrator / AEM DevOps Engineerwith strong hands?on expertise inmanaging on?premise AEM environments, automating deployment pipelines, and ensuring platform reliability, stability, and performance. This role is critical for maintaining and optimizing Adobe Experience Manager setups in a complex enterprise ecosystem. Key Responsibilities AEM Platform Administration (On?Premise) • Install, configure, upgrade, and maintainAEM on?premise environmentsincludingAuthor, Publish, and Dispatcherinstances. • ManageAEM repositories, OSGi configurations, bundles, run modes, replication agents, anduser/group permissions. • Ensure smooth functioning ofAEM workflows, schedulers, indexing (Lucene / Oak Indexes), and content repositories. • Performperformance tuning, thread dump/heap dump analysis, JVM optimization, and proactive monitoring. • Managebackup, restoration, disaster recovery, and environment health checks. AEM DevOps & Automation • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AEM usingJenkins / Azure DevOps / GitLab / Cloud Manager (if applicable). • Automatebuild & deployment processesfor AEM code, Dispatcher configurations, and OSGi bundles. • Implement DevOps best practices:code quality checks,static scans (Sonar/Veracode),artifact management, and environment provisioning. • Automaterepository maintenance tasks(purging workflows, indexing tasks, log rotation, backup schedules). • Configure and optimizeAEM Dispatcherfor caching, security filters, URL rewrites, and load balancing. • Deploy and validateApache/Dispatcher configsacross environments. • Troubleshoot caching, invalidation, and cache performance issues. • Investigate logs, diagnose bottlenecks, and collaborate with development teams for RCA and fix closure. • Support deployments, production releases, and provide on?call support when needed. Required Skills & Experience • 512 yearsof overall IT experience with3+ years dedicated to AEM on?prem administration / AEM DevOps. • Strong hands?on experience with: • AEM 6.x (6.4, 6.5 preferred) • OSGi framework, Sling, JCR, Dispatcher • Linux/Unix & Shell scripting • CI/CD tools:Jenkins, Maven, Git • Experience managingAEM workflows, replication, indexing, caching, permissions. • Strong debugging skills across: • AEM logs, dispatcher logs • JVM performance • AEM repository health • Experience handlingproduction support, high?availability environments, DR setups, and performance tuning. Good?to?Have • Exposure toAEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)concepts. • Experience with cloud platforms:AWS, Azure, GCP. • Basic understanding offront?end frameworks(React/Angular) for troubleshooting. • Knowledge ofSAML, Authentication Integrations, Adobe Target/Analytics. Soft Skills • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with cross?functional teams. • Ability to handle high?pressure production issues with calmness and ownership. • Strong documentation and problem?solving approach.
