Desktop Support Engineer L2

• Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS (Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016/2019/2022) • Manage user profiles (Local & Roaming) • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi, VPN) • Provide support for Outlook, MS Office (O365), Teams • Handle hardware issues & coordination with vendors • Manage USB access, admin rights, and security policies • Perform system upgrades, patching, and antivirus updates • Maintain asset inventory and documentation • Support remote users via tools like AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc. • Ensure ticket closure within SLA (Service Level Agreement) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month Benefits: • Food provided • Health insurance Work Location: In person
