Graphic Designer ( Hotel, Restaurant , QSR & F&B Industry )

Job Title: Graphic Designer This role requires close collaboration with the Marketing team, Operations team, and external vendors/agencies to ensure seamless execution of brand and promotional initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities • In-Store Branding & Menu Design: Design menus, menu boards, table toppers, posters, flyers, and window signage aligned with brand guidelines. • Digital & Social Media Content: Create engaging visuals for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook), website banners, mobile apps, and digital advertisements. • Promotional Campaigns: Develop creative assets for new product launches, festive promotions, and Limited Time Offers (LTOs). • Packaging Design: Design and develop packaging materials that reflect and strengthen the brand identity. • Food Photography & Editing: Retouch and enhance food photography for menus, marketing, and promotional use. • Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency of brand identity across all touchpoints—store-level, print, and digital media. • Operational Support: Design internal communication materials such as training posters, SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) visuals, and operational collaterals. • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with printers and external agencies to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality output. Requirements & Skills • Experience: 1–5 years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio; experience in QSR, Hospitality, or Food and Beverage (F&B) is preferred. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). • Additional Skills (Preferred): Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing (Premiere Pro / After Effects), or UI/UX design. • Creativity: Strong visual sense, especially in food styling, typography, and layout design. • Speed & Efficiency: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple high impact campaigns simultaneously. • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in print production, color correction, and file management.
