Role Overview: As the Influencer / PR Marketing Manager at RUMI Fine Fragrances, you will play a crucial role in shaping the brand's cultural presence across social media and beyond. Your responsibilities will include managing influencer partnerships, building a consistent pipeline of high-quality user-generated content, executing PR strategies, and ensuring the brand's voice and aesthetic remain consistent. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with creators, influencers, and tastemakers in beauty, lifestyle, luxury, and fragrance industries. - Develop a consistent pipeline of high-quality user-generated content, including briefs, scripts, content calendars, and creative direction. - Manage the complete influencer funnel, including outreach, onboarding, content review, performance tracking, and post-campaign analysis. - Create and execute PR strategies to position RUMI as a global Indian luxury brand. - Cultivate relationships with media, editors, journalists, and relevant publication houses. - Collaborate with the founder and creative team to maintain the brand's voice and aesthetic consistency. - Plan, execute, and oversee social media content that authentically represents the brand's spirit. - Monitor metrics across social, influencer, and PR campaigns and optimize based on insights. - Stay updated on beauty/luxury trends, content formats, competitor activities, and cultural moments. - Support launch campaigns, events, gifting initiatives, and collaborations. Qualifications Required: - 45 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or social media within D2C, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors. - Possess a strong network of creators, agencies, and media contacts (preferred). - Deep understanding of content, storytelling, trends, and cultural relevance. - Taste-driven with the ability to identify premium aesthetics and authentic resonance. - Excellent communication and relationship management skills. - High ownership mindset with a comfort in fast-paced, startup-style environments. - Passion for fragrances, beauty, or luxury branding is a plus and highly beneficial.
