As a Sponsorship Manager, your role will involve securing new business opportunities for existing festivals that have not been fully explored in the past. You will play a key role in establishing best practices for acquiring new business and creating innovative sales packages tailored for high-value clients. Collaboration with Project Heads will be essential for success. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to brand and product positioning strategies and develop marketing plans to attract sponsors for our festivals. - Sell festival sponsorships to potential sponsors and strategic partners according to agreed targets, both individual and team goals set by the HOD. - Work towards achieving team and individual targets for the year, guiding team members towards success. - Build and maintain a strong network within the market to engage with potential sponsors, marketing agencies, and stay informed about the competitive landscape. - Collaborate with colleagues, Festival Team, and Design Team to create marketing collaterals and presentations. - Brainstorm with the production head and festival team to develop festival concepts and prepare compelling pitches and presentations. - Manage relationships and key accounts with existing clients to drive additional business opportunities. - Identify and utilize appropriate channels to reach the target audience while keeping budget constraints in mind. Qualifications & Key Attributes: - Age: 30-35 years with a minimum of 4-8 years of experience in Sponsorship and partnerships, particularly within the Arts space. - Experience in Marketing and Sponsorship, with exposure to Digital Media and Mass Communication. - Excellent communication skills and a strong network of connections within the industry.
