Job Overview We are looking for an experienced PR Manager / Account Director to lead client accounts, develop strategic communication plans, and drive impactful media visibility. The role requires strong client servicing, media relations, and the ability to build communication strategies that strengthen brand reputation. Key Responsibilities • Manage and lead multiple PR accounts while ensuring excellent client servicing. • Develop strategic PR and communication plans aligned with client goals and brand positioning. • Build and implement media outreach strategies to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership. • Conduct communication strategy development, including campaign planning, key messaging, and storytelling. • Identify strategic opportunities for media coverage, partnerships, and brand positioning. • Lead annual and quarterly PR strategy planning for clients. • Manage media relations including press releases, media briefings, interviews, and feature placements. • Provide strategic counsel to clients on communication approaches, crisis management, and reputation building. • Track media coverage, analyze campaign performance, and present strategic insights to clients. • Lead and mentor junior team members while ensuring timely execution of campaigns. Key Skills & Requirements • 5–10 years of experience in Public Relations, preferably in an agency environment. • Strong PR strategy development and campaign planning experience. • Established relationships with journalists and media houses. • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills. • Ability to manage multiple clients and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in healthcare, lifestyle, or corporate communications will be an advantage.
