As a Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive at TechVistar IT Solutions in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by promoting IT hardware products and technology solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce the companys IT hardware products and technology solutions.
- Generating and qualifying leads for products such as laptops, desktops, servers, networking equipment, security solutions, and IT infrastructure services.
- Identifying customer requirements and sharing relevant product or solution information.
- Scheduling appointments or meetings for the sales team with interested prospects.
- Maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM or internal database.
- Following up on inquiries, quotations, and pending business opportunities.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- Supporting the sales team in achieving monthly lead generation and revenue targets.
- Keeping updated with the companys product portfolio and IT solutions.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic understanding of IT hardware or technology solutions is preferred.
- Ability to work with MS Office, CRM tools, and basic computer applications.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate / Diploma (preferably in Business, IT, or related field).
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Experience in tele-calling, tele sales, inside sales, or IT sales support will be an added advantage.
