• Job Summary:*
We are seeking a skilled Email and Chat Process Executive to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and concerns via email and chat channels. Your primary goal will be to provide timely and accurate solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Key Responsibilities:*
- Handle incoming email and chat queries from customers
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Provide product/service information and troubleshoot problems
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or specialized teams
- Maintain accurate records and logs of customer interactions
- Meet productivity and quality targets
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and outcomes
• Required Skills:*
- Excellent written communication skills in English (or specified language)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in typing and computer systems
- Familiarity with email and chat software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of products/services offered by the company
• Preferred Qualifications:*
- Previous experience in customer support or related field
- Knowledge of multiple languages (depending on company requirements)
- Experience with CRM software and other relevant tools
• Work Environment:*
- Work from office or work from home (as applicable)
- 5-day working week (Saturday and Sunday off)
- Shifts may vary depending on business requirements

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
