Job Description Position: Project Support Engineer Company: Intozi Tech Pvt Ltd About Intozi Intozi is a rapidly growing AI video analytics and computer vision company specializing in next-generation solutions such as Ikshana – AI Vision Agent, highway and mobility analytics, airport analytics, manufacturing compliance intelligence, and customized computer vision deployments across India. We are seeking a Project Support Engineer to ensure efficient deployment, onboarding, support, and successful delivery of AI-based video analytics projects. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Deployment & Support • Assist in the installation, configuration, and commissioning of Intozi’s video analytics systems. • Coordinate with field engineers for camera integration, network configuration, and hardware setup. • Conduct system testing, validation, and readiness checks for PoCs and production deployments. 2. Technical Troubleshooting • Diagnose and resolve issues related to cameras, servers, GPUs, networking, and software components. • Collaborate with the engineering team to address bugs, configuration errors, and site-specific challenges. • Provide L1/L2 support for customer queries and incident resolution. 3. Monitoring & Reporting • Monitor system health, alerts, and analytics performance using dashboards. • Prepare deployment reports, checklists, logs, RCA (Root Cause Analysis) documents, and customer update reports. • Track SLA compliance and ensure timely closure of support tickets. 4. Customer Coordination • Interact with clients, system integrators, and partners to ensure smooth project execution. • Conduct user training sessions and assist customers in understanding product workflows. • Support demo setups, Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs), and pilot deployments. 5. Documentation & Process Compliance • Maintain installation guides, site survey reports, network diagrams, and deployment documentation. • Ensure adherence to project timelines, delivery commitments, and quality standards. Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills • Basic knowledge of networking, IP cameras, NVR/VMS systems, and server hardware. • Working knowledge of Linux, command-line operations, and basic troubleshooting techniques. • Familiarity with AI/video analytics concepts (preferred). • Exposure to cloud or on-premise deployments, GPUs, and Docker is an added advantage. Soft Skills • Strong communication abilities and customer-handling skills. • Ability to work under pressure during project go-live and PoC phases. • Good documentation, coordination, and time-management skills. Education • B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines.
