Sr Engineer/Lead Engineer - Offshore Structures (Civil)

As a Sr. Engineer / Principal Engineer - Offshore Structures - Civil & Structural at Technip Energies in Chennai, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Civil Team by designing steel structures, issuing deliverables with required quality, providing inputs to drafting team, and guiding them in preparing design drawings. Your responsibilities will also include following up on inter discipline comments, resolving clashes, and providing clarifications/solutions to site queries/issues. • *Qualifications / Skills:** - Bachelors Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with 6-15 years of industry experience - Masters Degree in Engineering (M.E./M.Tech Structures) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience in Oil & Gas - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Ability to work independently • *About the work environment:** You will primarily work in a temperature-controlled office environment. However, there may be requirements for site deputation or international deputation if necessary. • *Physical Demands:** The role involves frequent sitting and operating a computer in a fast-paced atmosphere with multiple priorities and constant change.
