Job Title: NGO Program & Tender Manager Location: Bhopal Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced NGO Program & Tender Manager to handle government/CSR tender identification, proposal drafting, compliance management (12A, 80G, CSR-1, FCRA), project coordination, reporting, and stakeholder communication. The role requires robust documentation, planning, and execution skills. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and submit Government & CSR tenders - Prepare proposals, DPRs & funding documents - Manage statutory compliances and renewals - Oversee project implementation & reporting - Coordinate with government departments & donors Requirements: - Graduate/Postgraduate (MSW/MBA/Public Administration/Law preferred) - 2–5 years experience in NGO operations or tender management - Strong knowledge of compliance & government portals - Good drafting & MS Office skills Compensation: As per experience and organizational norms.
