As a UI/UX Designer with 23 years of experience, your role will involve designing engaging and user-friendly digital experiences for web and mobile applications. Your strong understanding of user-centered design principles will be key in translating requirements into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. Key Responsibilities: Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas. Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements. Ensure consistent design systems, style guides, and brand standards. Improve user flows, navigation, and interaction design. Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation. Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. Qualifications Required: 23 years of experience in UI/UX design. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts (preferred). Additionally, the job is full-time with a salary range of 200,000.00 - 400,000.00 per year, and the work location is in person.
