Techture is hiring for the role of International Outbound Sales - Calling Executive!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
• Make outbound calls to international prospects (US/Canada regions) based on the assigned leads.
• Present and explain company services in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
• Maintain call logs, track responses, and update CRM systems regularly.
• Schedule meetings or demos for the business development/sales team.
• Follow up with potential clients via phone or email to ensure consistent engagement.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and lead generation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of leads.
• Maintain professionalism and a customer-focused approach during all interactions.
Requirements:
• Graduate or equivalent qualification.
• 0–2 years of experience in international outbound calling or telemarketing preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and listening skills.
• Comfortable working in night shifts (as per international time zones).
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office will be an added advantage.
