Telecaller - Education Consultant

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telecaller – Education Consultant who can communicate with prospective students and guide them about various academic programs, admissions, and career opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining course details, and converting inquiries into admissions. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from students and parents regarding course inquiries. - Provide detailed information about courses, admission procedures, eligibility, and fees . - Guide students in selecting the right course based on their interests and career goals . - Follow up with potential students through calls, WhatsApp, or email . - Maintain and update student inquiry data in CRM or Excel sheets . - Achieve daily/weekly lead conversion targets . - Schedule campus visits, counselling sessions, or admission interviews . - Build strong relationships with students and parents. Required Skills : - Excellent communication skills (Tamil/ English / Regional language) - Good convincing and counselling ability - Basic knowledge of computer, CRM, and MS Excel - Strong follow-up and lead management skills - Positive attitude and target-oriented approach Eligibilities : - Graduate in any discipline (Education background preferred) - Experience in education counselling / telecalling / admissions is an advantage - Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply Job Details : Experience: 0–3 Years Job Type: Full Time Industry: Education / EdTech / College Admissions Location: Chennai Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives KPI: - Number of calls handled per day - Student lead conversions - Admission closures - Follow-up and lead response time
