Event Coordinator We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team for the TEDxRambaugh event. As an integral part of our production team, you will be responsible for designing and executing the overall event flow from setup to guest experience. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate stage lighting, audio-visuals, and seating arrangements while ensuring compliance with TEDx production standards and safety protocols. • Liaise with vendors for stage design, decor, catering, technical setup, and hospitality services. • Handle permissions, venue coordination, and resource management to ensure timely delivery of all materials. About This Opportunity: This is a voluntary experience that allows you to contribute to a non-profit initiative under TED's global guidelines. Your contribution will be acknowledged with a formal certificate and recommendation letter upon completion of the 2-month contract period (approximately 3-5 hours per week). We offer flexible scheduling in person at our designated work location.
