Job description: Need JEE Mathematics Faculty in Tejas PU College ,Bagalkot (Karnataka) Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mathematics Faculty to join the academic team at Tejas PU College. The role involves teaching, mentoring, and guiding students preparing for competitive exams such as IIT-JEE (Main & Advanced), NEET, Olympiads, and other entrance tests. The ideal candidate should have a strong conceptual foundation in Mathematics, effective communication and mentoring skills, and a result-oriented teaching approach to help students achieve academic success. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver interactive and concept-based classroom sessions in Mathematics for JEE/NEET aspirants. • Develop and review lecture plans, assignments, and question papers aligned with exam patterns. • Conduct doubt-clearing and remedial sessions to address student learning gaps. • Track student performance, provide detailed feedback, and ensure measurable progress. • Collaborate with academic coordinators to enhance teaching content and delivery methods. • Maintain high academic standards and align teaching with Crimson’s pedagogy. • Participate in faculty training sessions, parent interactions, and academic reviews. Qualifications & Experience: • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related discipline from a reputed institute (B.Tech/M.Sc./Ph.D. preferred). • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in teaching Mathematics for JEE/NEET preparation. • Preferred: Proven track record of mentoring high-performing students in competitive exams. • IITian/NITian Perferred Skills Required: • Strong command over Algebra, Calculus, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Coordinate Geometry. • Excellent presentation and problem-solving skills. • Ability to engage students through interactive and analytical teaching methods. • Effective classroom management and mentoring skills. • Proficiency in digital teaching tools and online learning platforms. Minimum experience is 3-5 years in the field of JEE Math's. Please do not apply if you do not have jee maths experience Passionate about teaching for result oriented.
