Employee Relations Specialist I

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Employee Relations Specialist I to join our team at TELEPERFORMANCE GLOBAL BUSINESS PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM/ IT Enabled Services/BPO industry, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Roles and Responsibility • Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies to enhance workplace culture and productivity. • Foster positive relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders through regular communication and feedback sessions. • Handle employee complaints and resolve conflicts fairly and promptly. • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment. • Provide training and coaching to employees on conflict resolution, harassment prevention, and diversity and inclusion. • Analyze employee data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee relations. Job Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. • Proven experience in employee relations, preferably in the CRM/ IT Enabled Services/BPO industry. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Experience with HR software and systems, including talent management and performance management tools.
