Customer Relation - Intern

ABOUT THE COMPANY: At Tenderly.Care, we are building a safe, empathetic, and accessible healthcare space for women ; covering reproductive health, sexual wellness, dermatology, and nutrition through tele-consultation. We are looking for a Customer Relations Intern who will play a key role in shaping how patients experience care on our platform. ABOUT THE ROLE: This is a high-impact, patient-facing role focused on meaningful interaction, consultation support, and improving the overall care journey by working closely with our Marketing, Product, and Medical teams. WHAT YOU'LL DO : Be the first point of connection for women seeking care Guide patients through consultations with empathy and clarity. Coordinate with the care team to ensure smooth and timely follow-ups. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Medical teams to improve patient communication. Help build trust in a sensitive healthcare environment. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR : Warm, empathetic, and confident communicator Fluent in Hindi & English (additional regional language is a plus) Proactive, organized, and patient-focused Comfortable handling direct patient interaction and problem-solving.
