What It Is and How to Do It
Moving existing content into the right places in our CMS.
The main thing to watch out for is making sure video and audio URLs are matched to the right lesson titles.
What the volunteers will need open:
• The Tergar website (you'll need a JOL subscription to see how the curriculum is structured)
• The curriculum Google Docs
• JOL structure smart sheet
• Bunny (where all the video URLs live)
• CMS access
NOTE: if you don’t have a JOL subscription, we’ll add you for free to JOL for six months.
What you're actually doing for each lesson:
• Copy the lesson text from either the Google Docs or the website and paste it into the CMS
• Find the matching video in Bunny and upload the URL to the right field
• Do the same for any meditation audio files
• Make sure everything lands in the correct module and section
The JOL subscription is mostly just a reference — it helps you see how the live site is organized so you know where things should go in the CMS.
Where we're at: There are about 72 lessons total. 12 are done
