About Tessolve: Careers - Tessolve Areas Of Responsibility • Develop and execute validation plans for: • PBIST (Programmable Built-In Self-Test) – memory testing & diagnostics • LBIST (Logic Built-In Self-Test) – logic coverage validation & signature analysis • ECC (Error Correction Code) – error injection, detection & correction validation • DCC (Dual Clock Comparator) – clock monitoring validation • ESM (Error Signaling Module) – fault propagation & interrupt validation • Perform silicon bring-up, debugging, and failure analysis • Execute hardware/software-based fault injection campaigns • Develop automation scripts (Python/C) for validation and regression • Collaborate with DFT, RTL, firmware, safety, and production test teams Experience 8 to 12 years of experience • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electronics / Electrical / VLSI / Embedded Systems • 8+ years of experience in post-silicon validation or SoC validation • Strong hands-on experience with PBIST, LBIST, ECC, DCC, and ESM • Solid understanding of DFT concepts (Scan, BIST, MISR, ATPG basics) • Experience with embedded C and debug tools (JTAG, Lauterbach, etc.) • Strong debugging and analytical skills Disclaimer At Tessolve, we are committed to fostering a workplace that embraces and celebrates diversity in all its forms.
