KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Regional P&L Ownership: Drive revenue growth for your assigned region by identifying high-value opportunities in audio and podcast advertising. Remote Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and track the performance of a 5+ member sales team through digital collaboration tools. Strategic Sales: Use your legacy industry relationships to open doors at major media agencies (GroupM, Madison, etc.) and direct clients. Ad-Tech Evangelism: Pitch PayTunes’ unique AI-driven audio targeting and "Dynamic Creative" capabilities to modern brands. Reporting & Forecasting: Utilize CRM data to provide accurate revenue forecasts and market intelligence to the central leadership. Requirements The Media Veteran: Former Regional or National Sales Heads from Television, Radio, Print, or Digital Out-of-Home (OOH). Leadership Gravity: Proven experience in managing high-performance teams. Tech Ready: Comfortable with AI aptitude tests and working daily with modern SaaS tools, laptops, and high-speed broadband.
