Field Technician

About Us TestRight is modernizing milk quality testing with MBscan, an automated device for the Methylene Blue Reduction Test (MBRT) used to measure bacterial count in milk. We are expanding across India and seeking a field-oriented technician to support installations, trials, and technical support. Role: Field Technician – Installations & Technical Support This is a field-based role responsible for installation, demonstrations, validation trials, and post-sales technical support of MBscan systems at dairy plants and laboratories. Key Responsibilities • Install and commission MBscan devices at dairy plants and labs. • Conduct product demonstrations and validation trials using customer samples. • Train lab staff on device usage, calibration, and maintenance. • Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting support. • Ensure proper MBRT testing procedures are followed. • Support sales during technical discussions and trials. • Maintain installation reports, service records, and trial documentation. • Build relationships with lab managers and quality teams at dairy plants. Territory Field travel across: Odisha, Bihar, Assam, West Bengal, and Jharkhand (20+ travel days per month expected) Requirements • 2–6 years of lab or field experience (preferably dairy testing, milk analysis, or lab equipment). • Strong understanding of analytical or microbiological testing. • Ability to handle installations and customer interactions independently. • Good documentation and communication skills. • Basic instrument or electronics troubleshooting knowledge is a plus.
