Job Description: Full Stack Content Creator Company: Textspeed Technology Pvt Ltd Location: Chennai - (On-site) Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with a strong portfolio may apply) Employment Type: Full-Time Role Summary The Full Stack Content Creator will be responsible for managing the complete content lifecycle — from ideation and research to production, design, editing, publishing, and performance optimization. This role requires a balance of creativity, technical execution, and business-focused content thinking to support branding, marketing, and lead-generation objectives. Key Responsibilities : 1. Content Ideation & Research • Research industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior • Develop content ideas aligned with business and marketing goals • Create scripts and content outlines with strong hooks and CTAs 2. Video Production & Editing • Shoot videos for office branding, products, services, and client requirements • Create short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) and explainer videos • Edit videos using Premiere Pro / CapCut with attention to pacing, hooks, and storytelling • Ensure high-quality audio, lighting, and framing 3. Graphic Design & Creatives • Design social media creatives including posters, carousels, and ads • Create brochures, pitch decks, PPTs, and marketing collaterals • Maintain brand guidelines and visual consistency across platforms 4. Publishing & Platform Management • Upload and manage content across social media platforms • Optimize captions, hashtags, thumbnails, and posting formats • Coordinate content calendars and campaign timelines 5. Performance Tracking & Optimization • Monitor content performance (reach, engagement, conversions) • Analyze what works and optimize future content accordingly • Improve hooks, creatives, and messaging based on data insights Required Skills & Tools • Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro / CapCut • Design Tools: Canva / Adobe Photoshop • Strong content research and writing abilities • Basic understanding of camera handling, framing, and lighting • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini • Understanding of social media algorithms and trends Preferred Attributes • Creative thinker with a strong marketing mindset • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks • Fast learner with adaptability to trends and tools • Business-oriented approach to content creation How to Apply : Apply with your updated resume and portfolio (video + design work preferred) to hr@textspeed.in or call - 8148260221.
