Zonal Head

• Oversee and manage operations, programs, and performance across all locations within the assigned zone. • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals in the zone. • Supervise and guide regional managers, center coordinators, and field teams. • Ensure effective implementation of programs, policies, and operational standards across all centers in the zone. • Monitor performance, productivity, and outcomes of all centers and teams within the zone. • Conduct regular field visits, reviews, and audits to ensure quality and compliance. • Identify operational challenges and implement improvement strategies. • Coordinate with senior management to report progress, challenges, and achievements. • Manage budgets, resources, and logistics for the zone. • Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and data management from all centers. • Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, partners, and community leaders. • Support recruitment, training, and development of staff within the zone. • Ensure that all activities align with the organization’s mission, policies, and quality standards.
