Job Description 🚀 Co-Founder / CTO (Chief Technology Officer) – E-Commerce Startup We are looking for a highly experienced and committed CTO to lead the complete technology vision and execution of our E-Commerce platform. This is a long-term startup opportunity for someone who believes in building scalable products from scratch. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end technology development (Frontend + Backend + Infrastructure) • Architect and build a scalable E-Commerce / marketplace platform • Handle API development, database architecture & payment gateway integration • Manage deployment, security, and live production environments • Build and lead the tech team as the company grows • Ensure system scalability similar to platforms like Google, Zomato, Blinkit, BigBasket, etc. Required Experience: • Proven experience building and scaling E-Commerce or marketplace platforms • Strong Full Stack & system architecture expertise • Experience handling high-traffic production systems • Startup mindset and ability to work in high-pressure environments Important Conditions: • No fixed salary will be provided initially. • No salary will be paid until the company starts generating stable revenue/profit. • This is a long-term commitment-based opportunity. • Equity / profit-sharing can be discussed with the right candidate. • Only financially stable and risk-tolerant professionals should apply.
