Sports Teacher

Responsibilities • Assist the head coach in planning and executing training sessions that cater to the skills and needs of gymnasts at various levels • Provide hands-on instruction and mentorship to athletes, ensuring they develop proper techniques and skills • Monitor and evaluate athletes' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve • Encourage a supportive team atmosphere that nurtures camaraderie and sportsmanship among gymnasts • Help organize and manage team events, competitions, and fundraisers • Maintain a safe training environment by enforcing gym rules and protocols Required: • Previous experience in gymnastics coaching or significant competitive gymnastics experience • Strong understanding of gymnastics techniques, training methods, and safety practices • Ability to communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and other coaching staff Preferred: • Knowledge of gymnastics skill progression, including experience with competitive gymnastics Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies • Proficiency in using video analysis tools to review and improve athletes' performances • Familiarity with gymnastics equipment and safety protocols Soft Skills and Cultural Fit • Passion for mentoring and developing young athletes • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with gymnasts and their families • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with grace • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and respect Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,634.43 - ₹23,123.73 per month Benefits: • Provident Fund Work Location: In person
