We are a team of design-driven engineers and architects building reliable offshore production partnerships for North American firms and focused on quality, speed, and long-term collaboration. About the Role: We are looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to build and scale our B2B pipeline in the US and Canadian markets. This role is about owning outbound growth that is identifying the right firms, reaching decision-makers, generating qualified conversations, and contributing directly to revenue growth Key Responsibilities: New Business Acquisition • Identify and target decision-makers within AEC firms across the US and Canada • Build and manage your own prospect database aligned with defined Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs) • Generate qualified leads through cold calling and structured outbound outreach • Execute strategic outreach sequences (calls, LinkedIn, email) to create a consistent pipeline • Drive predictable top-of-funnel activity independently Customer Relationship Management • Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective North American clients • Understand client needs and position The AEC Mug’s services effectively • Ensure timely follow-ups across long B2B sales cycles • Share market feedback and insights with leadership Reports & Performance Tracking • Maintain detailed records of all call activity and outreach efforts. • Track prospect status and opportunity movement. • Prepare weekly performance reports covering outreach volume, meetings booked, and pipeline generated. • Deliver against agreed activity and performance targets. Pre-Requisites: Must Haves • 1–3 years of proven B2B outbound sales or demand generation experience • Hands-on experience in cold calling and building pipeline independently • Experience targeting US or Canadian markets preferred • Strong prospecting, objection handling, and consultative selling skills • Ability to build and manage prospect databases aligned with Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs) • Self-driven and comfortable working with clear activity and performance targets • Strong verbal communication skills for North American clients Working Tools & Setup • Stable high-speed internet connection • Reliable power backup to ensure uninterrupted availability during US/Canada business hours • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound email tools is an advantage Nice-to-Have • Experience selling engineering, architectural, or professional services • Exposure to AEC or outsourcing businesses • Experience in early-stage or growth-focused companies Work Schedule: • 5 days a week • Evening IST (US/Canada business overlap) • Fully remote Why Join Us? • Direct access to leadership with zero bureaucracy • High ownership and visibility • Opportunity to build North American growth engine from India • Performance-based incentives • Be part of a young, ambitious global AEC brand
