Server/Bartender (India)

Responsibilities involves providing excellent guest service, handling food and beverage orders, and ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant or dining area. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment as well as room service. Core Responsibilities: - Guest Service: Greeting guests, taking their orders, and providing recommendations on menu items. - Order Processing: Accurately entering orders into the system, communicating with the kitchen, and ensuring orders are prepared and delivered promptly. - Food & Beverage Serving: Serving food and beverages to guests in room or dining, ensuring proper presentation and attention to detail. - Cash Handling: Processing payments, handling cash, and making change accurately. - Table Management: Setting tables, clearing dirty dishes, and maintaining a clean dining environment. - Product Knowledge: Being familiar with the menu, ingredients, and any special offers or promotions. - Customer Interaction: Building rapport with guests, addressing their needs, and handling any complaints or issues. - Teamwork: Collaborating with other F&B; staff members to ensure smooth service. - Hygiene & Safety: Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations. Skills and Qualities Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong customer service skills. - Basic math skills for cash handling. - Ability to work as part of a team. - Good attention to detail. - Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift light objects.
