Job Title: Call Centre Executive – Outbound (Women's Aesthetic Clinic) Location: Hyderabad - Banjara hills Experience: 2–4 Years Job Description: We are hiring an experienced Call Centre Executive for outbound calling in a premium Aesthetic Clinic. The role involves calling marketing-generated leads, understanding client concerns, explaining aesthetic treatments, and converting enquiries into confirmed clinic appointments. Key Responsibilities: • Outbound calls to digital marketing leads • Explain skin, hair, laser, and cosmetic treatments • Counsel clients and book consultations • Follow up on warm and cold leads • Update call details in CRM/Excel • Achieve call and conversion targets Required Skills: • Mandatory experience in an Aesthetic / Skin / Hair Clinic • Strong communication skills in English & Telugu (Hindi preferred) • Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and packages • Target-driven with good closing skills • Comfortable with outbound sales calling About the Company: fast-growing Aesthetic Clinic brand offering advanced skin, hair, laser, and cosmetic treatments.
