The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing bench consultants, building strong vendor/client relationships, and ensuring successful placements while adhering to US payroll and tax compliance (W2, C2C, 1099, OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, USC). 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Market bench consultants to Direct Clients, Prime Vendors & Tier-1 Vendors • Build & maintain strong vendor/client relationships • Work closely with US payroll processes, employment types & tax terms • Coordinate interviews, feedback & onboarding • Maintain vendor & requirement database • Negotiate rates & close placements • Track consultant project status & ensure continuous marketing • Meet daily/weekly submission & placement targets ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications: • 3+ years of proven experience in US Bench Sales Recruiting • Strong knowledge of US tax terms, payroll compliance & immigration policies • Experience marketing H1B, OPT, CPT, H4-EAD, L2-EAD, GC & USC consultants • Proficiency in Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn & VMS portals • Excellent communication, negotiation & networking skills • Target-driven and self-motivated professional ⭐ Preferred: • Existing client/vendor network in US staffing market • Experience in C2C, Contract & Full-time placements • Prior experience with MSP/VMS systems If you’re passionate about US Staffing and ready to take your career to the next level, we’d love to connect! 📩 Fill the form to apply-
