Head of Copy (Digital Marketing Agency experienced)

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Head of Copy to join our team and lead the development of compelling, high-impact content across multiple channels, you will play a key role in shaping our brand voice, crafting engaging messaging, and delivering persuasive copy that drives results. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead the copy and content function across all client accounts and campaigns. • Develop compelling brand narratives, campaign concepts, and platform-specific messaging for digital channels. • Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and brand positioning across all communication touchpoints. • Collaborate with strategy, design, and account management teams to develop integrated campaign ideas. • Review and approve all copy, scripts, taglines, campaign messaging, and long-form content. • Guide the creation of social media content, digital ads, website copy, branded content, and video scripts. • Mentor, train, and manage a team of copywriters and content creators. • Participate in client pitches and creative presentations. • Stay updated with digital trends, cultural insights, and emerging storytelling formats. • Maintain quality control and creative standards across all copy output. Skills & Experience • 8–12 years of experience in advertising, digital marketing, or content agencies. • Strong portfolio across campaigns, digital ads, social media, and branded content. • Experience managing creative teams and leading campaign ideation. • Excellent storytelling, conceptual thinking, and brand communication skills. • Ability to balance creative excellence with strategic objectives.
