The role requires strong networking capabilities, refined communication skills, and experience handling high-level protocol and VIP coordination. Key Responsibilities Identify and reach out to relevant dignitaries from various fields aligned with event themes. Draft and send formal invitations to ministers, celebrities, influencers, and industry leaders. Liaise with government departments, special guests, and dignitaries' personal offices, PR agencies, and celebrity managers. Build and maintain long-term relationships with dignitaries and their teams. Negotiate participation terms and engagement details. Coordinate protocol requirements and official formalities. Manage follow-ups and confirmations professionally. Collaborate with marketing for guest announcements and promotions. Oversee dignitary hospitality, logistics, and on-ground coordination. Ensure seamless stage flow and briefing for special guests. Maintain a structured database of key contacts and networks. Handle sensitive communications with discretion and diplomacy. Desired Skills and Experience 3-4+ years in PR, public affairs, celebrity management, or high-profile event management. Strong existing network across government, corporate, and entertainment sectors. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of protocol handling and dignitary engagement.
