Service Staff

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Staff member at The Brew Barrels, located in Mohpa. The Service Staff will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Daily tasks include taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling transactions, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with other team members to deliver exceptional service. Additional duties may include supporting sales initiatives and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with customers and handle inquiries • Basic Sales and Finance knowledge to assist with transactions and contribute to sales initiatives • Analytical Skills to ensure attention to detail, problem-solving, and efficient service • Teamwork and adaptability to work in a collaborative environment • High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in the hospitality or food service industry is a plus
