Location: Mohali (On-site) Experience Required: 1 - 3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive responsible for generating quality leads and acquiring international clients through Upwork with 1 to 3 years of experience in online bidding. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in bidding, proposal writing, client communication, and converting prospects into long-term business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and evaluate relevant projects on Upwork based on company services. • Write customized, high-converting proposals (not copy-paste). • Generate qualified leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline for Web Development and Mobile Application Development. • Communicate with international clients via chat, calls, and email. • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team. • Follow up with prospects and close deals. • Maintain CRM records and track daily bidding activity. • Build long-term client relationships for repeat business. • Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 1 to 3 years of proven experience in Upwork bidding. • Strong understanding of IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, UI/UX, etc.). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to draft persuasive proposals. • Knowledge of sales funnel and client acquisition process. • Strong negotiation and closing skills. • Self-motivated with target-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working with US/UK/Australian clients. • Deep Practice of tools like Upwork, PPH and Freelancer.
