Data Analyst - HR Transformation

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence Analyst with 3+ years of professional experience to join our growing team, you play a key role in designing and delivering impactful dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI, SSRS, and Oracle Fusion. You bring strong SQL and ETL expertise to transform data into actionable insights, ensuring accuracy, performance, and scalability across BI platforms. • 5+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar role. • Hands-on experience in data warehousing (DW), BI development, and data modeling. • Proficient in SQL, DAX, Power Query, and M language for advanced data transformation. • Strong understanding of BI architecture, reporting frameworks, and visualization tools. • Experience with ETL processes, database management, and performance tuning.
