Social & Digital Content Manager (Full-time Contract) We’d love to bring onboard a social and digital content expert who understands new-age media as well as high-quality editorial content formats to help manage the digital content strategy and execution at The Culturegram. Key responsibilities • Understand The Culturegram’s brand ethos and ensure the content plan consistently reflects it • Manage content strategy, planning, and execution • Own and maintain digital content across platforms to ensure freshness and engagement • Create short-form content and establish a publishing strategy that drives engagement across long-form content channels • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring outcomes align with the brand and are delivered on time • Support and manage select offline events and forums as part of the overall content and community plan Key attributes & skills • This person should have 5–6 years of relevant industry experience working with a B2C or D2C brand. • Should have created and managed content across LinkedIn, Instagram and other key social channels and editorial platforms • Experience of working with website/blog/newsletter content, podcasts and short form video content will be highly valuable • Ability to work independently with high ownership • Creative and conceptual thinker, comfortable with experimentation • Hands-on, detail-oriented, with a strong focus on execution quality • Comfortable sharing ideas, giving and receiving feedback, collaborating, and admitting when wrong • Curious and eager to learn, with comfort using basic technology and AI tools to drive efficiency without losing originality • Strong proficiency and clarity in written English (all current content channels publish in English)
