Job Title Sales Associate – Amazon & Flipkart Services (Indore) Job Description Company: The Custom Solution Location: Indore Type: Territory Partner / Commission-Based Role The Custom Solution is looking for a Territory Sales Partner in Indore to expand our Amazon and Flipkart seller services. The partner will be responsible for identifying local businesses that want to start selling on online marketplaces and onboarding them as clients. This role is ideal for individuals who have strong local market connections and want to earn through sales partnershipsrather than a fixed salary. Key Responsibilities Seller Acquisition • Identify manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers in Indore who can sell on Amazon and Flipkart. • Generate new business opportunities through market visits and networking. Market Development • Visit local markets, business areas, and industrial zones. • Build relationships with shop owners, distributors, and traders. Client Consultation • Educate businesses about the benefits of selling online. • Present company services such as: • Amazon seller account registration • Flipkart seller onboarding • Product listing and catalog creation • Account management and advertising services Lead Conversion • Convert potential sellers into paying clients. • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects. Client Coordination • Collect required documents from clients. • Coordinate with the company team for smooth onboarding. Revenue Model • Partner Commission: 25% of total service revenue generated from their clients • No fixed salary • Unlimited earning potential Example: If a partner generates ₹1,00,000 in sales, they earn ₹25,000 commission.
