Key Responsibilities : Returns & Reverse Logistics Management • Manage RTO (Return to Origin) and RTV (Return to Vendor) operations across e-commerce and quick-commerce channels. • Ensure timely system closures for all returns in coordination with warehouse teams. • Monitor and control TAT adherence for return receipt, inspection, and closure. Logistics & Partner Coordination • Coordinate with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) for return pickups, transit tracking, and issue resolution. • Follow up on lost-in-transit, delayed, or mismatched shipments with courier partners. Channel-Level Reconciliation • Perform channel-wise GRN tracking for platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, and other quick-commerce and e-commerce channels. • Reconcile physical receipts vs system entries and highlight gaps proactively. Discrepancy & Claim Management • Handle return discrepancies including quantity mismatch, damaged goods, and non-receipts. • Manage claims for lost or damaged shipments with logistics partners. • Coordinate with the insurance team for claim documentation, follow-ups, and settlement closure. MIS & Reporting • Prepare and publish daily / weekly / monthly MIS reports covering returns, claims, discrepancies, and TAT performance. • Share actionable insights with management to improve process efficiency and cost control. Qualification & Experience • Graduate in Supply Chain / Operations / Business or related field. • 4+ years of relevant experience.
