- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Posting job ads on boards and social media.
- Screening resumes and applications.
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Assisting with offer letters and rejection notices.
- Conducting background checks.
- Employee Data & Administration:
- Updating employee records in databases.
- Filing HR documents and maintaining confidentiality.
- Assisting with onboarding and new hire orientations.
- HR Support & Compliance:
- Responding to employee inquiries about advantages, policies, etc..
- Supporting HR projects and initiatives.
- Assisting with HR reporting and presentations.
- Employee Engagement & Development:
- Helping organize company events.
- Supporting training and development activities.
Typical Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication (written/verbal).
- Detail-oriented and ability to handle confidential data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
