Franchise Development Manager

Job Title: Franchise Manager – Preschool Network Location: Dehradun | Full-Time | In-Person We are looking for an experienced Franchise Manager to manage and expand our preschool franchise network. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with preschool or education franchise models and the ability to support franchise partners in operations, admissions, and growth. Key Responsibilities • Manage and support existing preschool franchise branches • Guide new franchise partners in school setup and launch • Monitor admissions, marketing, and operational performance of franchise centers • Conduct regular training and audits to ensure brand standards and curriculum implementation • Assist franchise partners in solving operational and parent-related challenges • Work closely with management to expand the preschool franchise network Requirements • 1–5 years of experience in preschool/school franchise management (mandatory) • Strong understanding of preschool operations and admissions processes • Excellent communication and relationship management skills • Ability to train and guide franchise partners • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, reporting) • Must be based in Dehradun or willing to relocate Preferred • Experience with preschool brands or education franchise systems • Background in Early Childhood Education or school administration What We Offer • Opportunity to work with a growing preschool brand • Leadership role in expanding the franchise network • Growth-oriented work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
