We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Digital Media Manager to strengthen our online presence, attract candidates and clients, and enhance our employer brand. Role Overview The Digital Media Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to generate leads (both candidates and clients), build brand awareness, and support recruitment campaigns. This role requires strong expertise in social media marketing, paid advertising, content strategy, analytics, and employer branding. The ideal candidate understands both digital marketing and recruitment dynamics and can create targeted campaigns to attract high-quality talent and business partnerships. Key Responsibilities 1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital media strategy aligned with business growth goals. • Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across: • LinkedIn • Facebook & Instagram • Google Ads • Job boards & recruitment platforms • Email marketing platforms • Optimize campaigns for candidate acquisition and client lead generation. • Monitor ROI and adjust strategies to maximize performance. 2. Social Media & Employer Branding • Manage and grow company profiles on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. • Develop content calendars aligned with hiring trends and industry insights. • Promote job openings through creative and engaging posts. • Strengthen employer branding through: • Employee testimonials • Success stories • Industry insights • Recruitment tips and career advice 3. Content Development • Collaborate with recruiters to create compelling: • Job advertisements • Blog posts • Candidate guides • Industry reports • Oversee website content updates to ensure SEO optimization. • Create video content (reels, hiring announcements, recruiter introductions, etc.). 4. Paid Media & Performance Marketing • Manage paid campaigns on: • LinkedIn Ads • Google Ads • Meta Ads • Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and creatives. • Track key KPIs including: • Cost per Lead (CPL) • Cost per Applicant • Conversion Rates • Website Traffic • Engagement Metrics • Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations. 5. Analytics & Reporting • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CRM systems. • Track candidate journey from click to application. • Analyze campaign effectiveness and suggest data-driven improvements. • Present insights to leadership team. 6. Website & SEO Management • Optimize website for SEO and lead generation. • Improve landing pages for recruitment campaigns. • Ensure mobile optimization and fast page performance. • Work with developers when needed for improvements. 7. Lead Nurturing & Automation • Build automated email sequences for: • Candidate engagement • Client follow-ups • Segment audiences for personalized campaigns. • Integrate digital campaigns with CRM systems. Required Qualifications • Bachelors degree • Min 1. years of experience in digital marketing (experience in recruitment or HR industry preferred). • Proven experience managing paid digital campaigns. • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms. • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools. • Proficiency in analytics tools and reporting dashboards. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills • Understanding of recruitment funnel and talent acquisition process. • Experience with job boards and applicant tracking systems (ATS). • Graphic design or video editing knowledge (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.). • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. • Strong project management and multitasking skills.
