Job Summary
The Hotel School is looking for a well-presented and proactive Receptionist / Front Desk Executive who will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The role involves managing the front desk operations along with handling inbound and outbound calls, coordinating enquiries, and supporting administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage front desk operations and greet all visitors professionally
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, and maintain proper call records
• Make outbound calls to prospective students/leads and follow up on enquiries
• Provide accurate information about courses, admissions, and services
• Coordinate walk-in enquiries and assist with admission processes
• Manage incoming and outgoing couriers, posts, and emails
• Maintain visitor logs and front office records
• Support administrative and coordination tasks as required
• Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Requirements
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in Reception / Front Desk / Telecalling role
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations
• Pleasant personality with a professional attitude
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure
Preferred Skills
• Experience in education / institute / training environment
• Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills
• Confident in calling and follow-ups
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
