Roles and Responsibility • Provide accurate information about UPSC CSE , SSC and Bank exams, eligibility, syllabus, and career opportunities. • Handle incoming inquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and online platforms. • Counsel students one-on-one or in regarding UPSC CSE , SSC and Bank exam preparation • Counsel students one-on-one or in regarding any queries. • Follow up with prospective students and guide them through the enrollment and admission process. • Coordinate with faculty/academic teams to address student concerns and track progress. • Support the counselling and sales team in achieving enrollment targets.
