Role Description We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Business Analyst who understands e-commerce data deeply and can bring numbers together from multiple platforms into one clean business view. This role is for someone who can fetch, clean, structure, and interpret data from platforms like Shopify, shipping partners, checkout solutions, marketing platforms, and spreadsheets/APIs, and convert that into actionable dashboards that help the team make faster and smarter decisions. You should not just be good with reporting — you should have data empathy, strong business understanding, and the ability to tell the story behind the numbers. Key Responsibilities: Pull and consolidate data from • Shopify • Shipping / logistics partners • Checkout platforms / COD & conversion tools • Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4 and other marketing platforms • Google Sheets, CSVs, APIs, webhooks, and internal tools Build and maintain automated dashboards for key business metrics Create a single source of truth for: • Sales • Orders • Revenue • Returns / RTO • Shipping performance • Conversion funnel • Marketing spend and ROAS • Customer behaviour and retention insights Clean, validate, and structure raw data from multiple sources Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and leakages across systems Work closely with founders, growth, operations, retention, and finance teams Turn raw numbers into clear business insights and recommendations Support weekly and monthly business reviews with strong reporting Help build scalable reporting systems so the team can make quick decisions without manual effort What We’re Looking For • 2–5 years of experience in business analytics, e-commerce analytics, or data operations • Strong understanding of Fashion e-commerce business metrics • Hands-on experience with Shopify data • Experience working with shipping/logistics data, order status data, returns, RTO, etc. • Familiarity with checkout/conversion platforms/attributions • Strong knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel • Good working knowledge of SQL • Comfortable working with APIs, CSVs, webhooks, and data exports • Experience building dashboards in tools like: • Looker Studio • Power BI • Tableau • Metabase • Ability to connect data across different tools and platforms • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Clear communication skills — able to explain numbers in simple business language
