Event Project Manager (Hyderabad)

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Event Project Manager to manage and execute wedding and event projects. The role involves coordinating with vendors, managing on-site activities, and ensuring that the event runs smoothly from start to finish. This position is ideal for college students, freshers, or individuals interested in event and wedding management. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate wedding and event projects from planning to execution Visit event sites and oversee the setup and arrangements Coordinate with vendors, decorators, photographers, and other service providers Ensure timelines are followed and tasks are completed smoothly Handle on-site event management during weddings and functions Communicate with clients and team members to ensure smooth execution Requirements Good communication and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure Willingness to travel to event venues Interest in weddings, events, and project management Freshers and college students can apply Prior event management experience is a plus but not mandatory Job Types: Full-time, Part time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance Contract length: 2 months Pay: ₹18,003.94 - ₹80,587.07 per month Expected hours: 5.0 per week Work Location: In person
