The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and FirstCry, and a strong understanding of marketplace operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and FirstCryProduct listing creation, optimization (titles, descriptions, keywords, images)Inventory planning, stock management, and order processingHandle pricing strategies, discounts, and promotionsManage marketplace ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.)Coordinate with internal teams for catalog updates and launchesMonitor sales performance, traffic, and conversion metricsHandle customer queries, returns, and feedback professionallyEnsure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelinesRequired Skills & QualificationsProven experience as an E-commerce Executive / SpecialistStrong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, Meesho, and FirstCryUnderstanding of SEO for product listings and marketplace algorithmsExperience with promotions, deals, and ad campaignsGood analytical and reporting skillsBasic knowledge of Excel / Google SheetsStrong communication and coordination skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in baby, kids, or lifestyle productsKnowledge of international shipping and cross-border selling (bonus)Familiarity with Shopify or D2C platforms is an advantageWhy Join The Little Lookers?Be part of a legacy brand with modern e-commerce growthOpportunity to work with high-demand baby productsFast-growing online business with learning and growth opportunitiesSupportive and family-oriented work culture
