Role Description
This is a Hybrid, on-site role for an HR Manager/Assistant HR Manager based in Bengaluru for one of our clients . The role involves leading recruitment processes, employee engagement initiatives, and onboarding activities to support organizational goals. Responsibilities include coordinating training and development programs, maintaining compliance with labor laws, managing HR operations, and collaborating with teams to implement HR policies effectively.
Qualifications
- Smart, sharp MBA graduates with specialization in HR with 5+ of work experience in HR, preferably in the same industry.
- Reporting to Management, the incumbent will independently work on key processsuch as talent acqusition, support, employee onboardingand offboarding, employee life cycle management, employee engagments, policy initiative, change management initiatives, talent nurturing initiatives, performance planning and implementation etc.
- Proficiency in recruitment, years of employee engagement, and talent management
- Experience in training and mentoring, along with performance evaluation processes
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance standards
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle HR operations and administrative duties efficiently
- Experience with HR systems and tools for tracking recruitment and employee information
